Full IFR platform with Garmin GTN 750 WAAS, ADSB in and out, dual CDI localizers, Garmin NAV/COM 1, Garmin GTX 330 Transponder, King KX 125 for NAV/COM 2. 4-place intercom with music input,. A low 2974 hours, few owners and always hangared. 10/1/24: Installed new/overhauled L and R Slick Magnetos, New main battery, new engine starter switch, Right main LG strut service kit installed. Factory new ignition switch, new factory/overhauled vacuum pump. All AD's in compliance. 1/8/25; RG strut and nose gear removed and rebuild with new U and L bearings. 8/15/25: New Michelin nose wheel. 10/15/25 New rebuilt alternator and belt with remote breaker, new Teflon-coated copper cabling, Factory new Hartzell Starter motor with Teflon copper cabling; Factory new primary power regulator, propeller removed and painted, Last Annual 11/24/25; New oil sump gasket Garmin GTN 750 (WAAS capable), Dual NAV/COM radios: Garmin XXXX (radio), King KX 125 NAV/COM 2, Garmin Transponder, dual CDI's, full instrument platform, All log books, No accidents, paint looks like new. Interior in very good shape, with normal wear. New front carpeting 4/7/26.

Lycoming O-320-E3D. 1741 hours SMOH 10/1/24 New R and L Slick Magnetos, new main battery, factory new/overhauled vacuum pump 10/25: New/rebuilt alternator and belt w remote breaker, 10/25: Factory new Hartzell starter motor w new power regulator, New Teflon-coated copper cabling for starter and alternator. 10/25: Propeller removed, inspected and painted Engine makes no metal
