About the MD Helicopters 600N
The MD 600N is the larger, more powerful NOTAR member of the MD light-single family — using the "no tail rotor" NOTAR anti-torque system for quieter operation and improved safety around the tail, with a stretched cabin and more seats than the 520N. It serves utility, law-enforcement and private roles where the NOTAR system's low noise and confined-area safety are valued.
