Description
A great trouble, free airplane that looks nearly new. I have loved this plane, but I am moving up to a pressurized turbine, which I have already ordered. So this one I am pricing to move!
Engine
I am told that the Continental Platinum turbo normalized engine is the finest engine ever put in a Cirrus. It runs cooler and is more efficient than the newer K model turbo. Top end overhaul done 341 hours ago, 1421 since new. Since I bought it I fly it at 65% power. It burns almost no oil, and the compressions remain steady. 72, 74, 77, 65, 76, 74/80. My plan was to enable a condition based overhaul rather than an hours based overhaul. I have great confidence in this engine. Rebuilt mags, new starter, three new batteries.
Propeller
The air frame looks great. No damage history.
Interior
The interior and exterior look great. A handful of BB or pea sized defects that are barely visible. The plastic is crystal clear. Seats are all in great condition. I put sheep skin covers on the front seats for comfort.
