2017 Just Aircraft JA-30 SuperSTOL

I'm deep into another airplane build and I haven't had time to fly this enough so I'm selling my 2017 factory built SuperSTOL. Currently at 560 hours but I do get out and fly once in a while so hours will go up slightly. Motor is a 912ULS that had an Edge Performance big bore kit installed last year at 514 hours for 114 total hp. Since buying it I've always burned ethanol free 91 octane and never 100LL. It hasn't seen a drop of 100LL since the big bore kit was installed. It has an electronically controlled Kiev constant speed prop. Cruise speeds vary between 90-100 mph depending on conditions and load. It will also come with a ground adjustable Kiev prop and a custom cover. I also have a brand new set of Billy Payne's heavy duty doors with opening windows and new plexiglass. I haven't had time to install them due to my other build so they will come with the airplane. Improvements since I've owned the plane: -Removed Acme shocks and replaced with Shock Monsters. -Added Shock Monster steps. -Removed and replaced all brake lines with stainless steel. -Installed brake intensifier on the left side. -Rebuilt all brake master cylinders. -Newer 29" Airstreaks have seen 2 hard surface landings. -Installed big bore kit and rebuilt the entire top end. -Installed gap seals on tail. Has ADS-B out and will be sold with a fresh condition inspection (due 7/26.) I am an almost 19k hour ATP and current CFI and would consider negotiating transition training into the deal. Plane is located at 61C. Asking price is $150k.
