I am selling my 2022 Vans RV-12 912is based out of KALN. I purchased this aircraft right before getting my PPL. This aircraft was built in Texas through Eagles Nest Projects, and has always been hangared. I have been flying this aircraft to build hours and increase my flying confidence. This aircraft got me hooked on aviation, especially experimental aircraft. I even obtained the LSRM-A license last year to safely work on and inspect the plane. I have been quite impressed with the capability of this plane. The fuel-injected Rotax 912 has a low fuel burn and can operate with MOGAS. The Dynon Skyview HDX is a powerful yet easy to use system, and I have enjoyed the checklist built into it. I am selling this RV-12 because I am almost done building a RANS Outbound. I actually will be installing a full Dynon Skyview IFR panel and Rotax 916 in my new Outbound, because of my experience with Dynon and Rotax in the RV-12. I still fly this plane on a regular basis. Conditional Inspection done in November. I am more than willing to meet a potential buyer within a reasonable distance of KALN. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Limited Edition Rotax 912is Sport, Sensenich propeller. New Rotax spark plugs installed last conditional inspection. New radiator, new air filter, new fuel filter

Aircraft is not painted. I also have the wheelpants for the main gear, just not pictured. Tires and brake pads still have plenty of life left. New ELT battery.
