It came from the factory polished aluminum and was painted only once since. Now that it is polished again, you can see that it was delivered to Amarillo, Texas and the stripes and registration number are vaguely seen through the polished aluminum. The windows are in excellent condition. This aircraft was recently purchased from a family that owned it since 1979. Always hangared and never damaged, this aircraft is a true piece of art. The gear doors and cabin entry door fit just like it left the factory in 1949 (the problem with most Bonanzas that have been damaged is the fit and finish of the gear doors). Therefore, this aircraft is super slick through the air. At this reduced price, the first person to see this aircraft will buy it.
