NOSE WHEEL FAILED ON LANDING. THE ASSEMBLY APPEARED TO HAVE COME APART WITH THE HUB AND THE SIDE PIECES SEPARATED. A REVIEW OF THE LOGS SHOWED THAT THE WHEEL HAD BEEN ON THE AIRCRAFT SINCE NEW IN 1973.
THE HYDRAULIC TUBE TOUCHING RESERVOIR WHICH CAUSING CORROSION.
AFTER TAKEOFF, IN CRUISE FLIGHT AT 7,000' ASL, FRONT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE DROPPED TO LOWER RED-LINE LIMIT, OIL TEMPERATURE WAS NORMAL APPROXIMATELY 150F AND ENGINE RUNNING SMOOTHLY. WITHIN 10 SECONDS, ENGINE WENT FROM SMOOTH RUNNING CONDITION TO A LO...
((Z4AR)) ACFT WAS BROUGHT IN FOR INSP IAW SAID CE10-20 AND ANNUAL INSP. ACFT IS EQUIPED WITH EXTENDED RANGE FUEL STC AND WING TIP STC. ACFT IS ALSO EQUIPED WITH STALL FENCES STC AND BOOM TO VERTICAL FAIRINGS. AN INSP IS IAW SAIB WAS PERFORMED. CO...
THE PRIMARY ELECTRIC/ HYD LANDING GEAR PUMP FAILED. THE ATTEMPT TO LWR THE GEAR WITH THE MANUAL GEAR LEVER ALSO FAILED, RESULTING IN A GEAR UP LANDING. THE PRIMARY PUMP FAILURE MAY HAVE CAUSED THE MANUAL PUMP FAILURE. (K)

INSTALLED TWO FACTORY ENGINES. AFTER SEVERAL TEST RUNS , THE FRONT STARTER SOLENOID FAILED ON. REPLACED THE SOLENOID WITH AN NEW MFG SOLENOID. ON A TEST FLIGHT ELECTRICAL FAILURE OCCURRED. IT HAPPENED BECAUSE OF AN OVERLOAD OF THE BATTERY AND ELEC...
NR 4 PYLON LT SKIN WAS FOUND CRACK AT 483AL ACCESS PANEL CUTOUT LOWER AFT CORNER.
