The Yakovlev Yak-52 is the famous tandem two-seat radial military primary trainer — and one of the most popular and accessible warbird/aerobatic aircraft in the world. Powered by the Vedeneyev M-14P radial, strongly built and fully aerobatic, it offers genuine warbird character (radial sound, military pedigree, formation flying) at a fraction of the cost of a fighter warbird.
