Here are the specifics: 3602 TTAF 737 SMOH (IO-470N - 260hp) 0 STOH Fresh annual 0 time NEW Hartzell 3 blade prop (installed January) New leather interior 2015 (still 9/10) New paint 2020 10/10 20 gallon D'shannon tips 2021 New Garmin stack installed 2015 Garmin 340 Audio panel Garmin 345 Transponder (ADS-B In/Out) GTN 750 GNC255A Nav/Com I have owned this airplane since 2001. It has been flown regularly since I purchased it. Between 2015 and 2021 I pretty much turned it into a new looking airplane. New Garmin stack, New leather interior, new paint, speed slope windshield and D'Shannon tip tanks. Airplane can fly 9 hours without refueling with 114 gallons usable fuel. The IO-470N will fly about 155 to 162 kts depending on altitude. With fresh top overhaul and new 3 blade propellor, this should be a great airplane for years to come.
