Description
A very well-maintained 1973 182P. I have owned her for four years and it has been a wonderful, reliable machine. It is a great IFR platform with an overhauled vacuum system, a 430W Nav/COM and a Flight Stream 210. The FS210 ROCKS, allowing you to work in your iPad on ForeFlight or Garmin Pilot and "push" your routes to the panel. When you are cleared direct on the panel, it will "push" to the iPad. This overcomes the GNS's inability to enter airways. The JPI FS-450 fuel totalizer is rock solid and both fuel gauges are working and accurate. A new JPI EDM-730 engine monitor provides great peace of mind in caring for your engine. Left and right seats are vertically adjustable leather. All seats have headrests. New SCS Interiors carpet, modified so if the back area needs to come out for any reason, you don't need to remove the back seat to do so (the Velcro joint is moved further back) Top cowl replaced due to a previously "repaired" crack. Bottom cowl had imperfections repaired and both repainted to match. New cowl flap hinges installed. The GAMI G100UL STC. The 337s filed. Great for a CA buyer. Meticulously maintained, repairing/replacing whatever came along. Bring your best offer!
