Very clean early Bonanza 36 with 4 forward facing seats and accomodations for 2 more. Low time engine and new interior in progress. Elevators show little or no corrosion-very smooth. Single yoke for passenger comfort. Older gear up on grass. Complete log books. Considering a quick sale now before my repaint slot scheduled for July and eventual avionics.
